About Confidently Registered: a Copyright Registration Party!

If you’re an artist or creative entrepreneur, copyright is important to you. Your ideas and creations are your livelihood and copyright is a tool to protect that. What is copyright and what does registering it mean? Join us for a copyright registration party where you can be in community with other artists and independent creators to register your copyright and learn about CCI’s new resource, Navigating the Copyright Claims Board: a Practical Guide for Creators. Participants will spend the first part of our Copyright Registration Party watching CCI walk through the process of registering a work for copyright. Following this brief 10-minute demonstration on registering for copyright will be free time for community connection. Please Note: If you plan on registering an original work(s) during the copyright registration party, there is an associated fee depending on the work.
