In this hands-on session, discover the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Design tools to craft earned income opportunities for your arts business. Begin by identifying the unique selling points that give you a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Then dive into identification of target markets that want access to what you have to offer. From here, articulate your value proposition in the language of the audience/customer so that it passes the “I got to have it!” test. Complete the session with a SMART goal.

Learning Objectives:
· Utilize the Business Model Canvas to brainstorm business models.
· Identify target markets and the “pain points” that you can solve.
· Articulate your Value Proposition based in the language of your target market.
· Craft a next step SMART goal to move into action.
