If only it were that easy. At CCI, we understand that whether you are well established or just starting out, all artists need access to financial resources in order to pursue their creative ideas. In addition to providing access to a national grants database for artists developed by NYFA Source, the Center for Cultural Innovation (CCI) is now offering the below funding programs for artists:
• The Los Angeles Arts Loan Fund, offering short-term loans up to $25,000 for individual artists, and $50,000 for arts organizations for a variety of uses;
• The CCI Grants Program “Investing in Artists", providing grants up to $15,000 to individual artists in California for the acquisition of arts equipment and materials or towards presentation and marketing of their creative work. Applications for Round III of the Investing in Artists grants program are due on June 6, 2008. Guidelines and application forms can be downloaded here.

• The DCA/CCI Program "Hear in LA", seeks unsigned Los Angeles musicians/groups to play one original composition as the hold music on City of Los Angeles 311 phone lines. For complete details, click here.
