Coaching Skills for Managers and Leaders Part 2

This course builds on the tools and concepts from Part 1 and gives you even more time to practice (and get feedback on) your coaching skills in a guided and safe environment. 

• Explore power dynamics in coaching;
• Dive deep into two more key coaching skills:
  - Feedback: Giving appreciative and developmental feedback;
  - Sharing: Understand how to share examples and stories that have impact;
• ​Explore ways to address four common coaching challenges; 
• Create a plan for coaching back on the job; 
• Practice coaching through "real-play" not roleplay!

By the end of the day, you will gain a better understanding of how to navigate through some of the more challenging issues that many new and experienced supervisors face when taking a coaching approach.

This course is part of a 2-part series please take Coaching Skills for Managers and Leaders Part 1 before taking this course.  This is also appropriate for anyone who has participated in Introduction to Coaching Skills for Managers and Leaders training and want to go further with their skills.
