Creating Professional Dance Samples
for Grants, Marketing, and Presenters

CCI's first dance-specific workshop will help performers, choreographers, and dance companies develop best practices to produce work samples that make an impression. Do your current reels exemplify the best of who you are and what you do? Do they serve the purpose of the submission? The workshop is taught by three leading performing arts professionals, joining forces for the first time, to offer real world perspectives on what makes certain work samples stand out.

Participants will learn key strategies to select and organize work samples to display artistic brand and creative range, and the technical requirements of shooting and editing performances. The workshop is intended for those artists and companies wanting to increase their chances of booking the job, obtaining the grant, or attracting the attention of presenters.
